Healthy Coffee drink






Coffee is a brewed drink prepared from roasted seeds, commonly called coffee beans, of the coffee plant. Green unroasted coffee is one of the most traded agricultural commodities in the world. Due to its caffeine content, coffee can have a stimulating effect in humans. Today, coffee is one of the most popular beverages worldwide.
Coffee, the much maligned but undoubtedly beloved beverage, just made headlines for possibly cutting the risk of the latest disease epidemic.’
The Health effects of coffee have been studied to determine how coffee drinking affects humans. Coffee contains several compounds which are known to affect human body chemistry. The coffee bean itself contains chemicals which are psychotropics for humans as a defense mechanism of the Coffea plant. These chemicals are toxic in large doses, or even in their normal amount when consumed by many creatures which may otherwise have threatened the beans in the wild
Considering all the past concern about possible health risks from drinking coffee, newer reports of coffee’s possible protective effects may leave many people confused.
Overall, recent studies suggest that coffee (regular and decaffeinated) may offer a variety of health benefits against diseases such as cancer and diabetes. However, coffee may not deserve a place in the same category with other healthful foods like vegetables, fruits and whole grains.
After analyzing data on 126,000 people for as long as 18 years, Harvard researchers calculate that compared with not partaking in America's favorite morning drink, downing one to three cups of caffeinated coffee daily can reduce diabetes risk by single digits. But having six cups or more each day slashed men's risk by 54% and women's by 30% over java avoiders.
A study comparing heavy coffee drinkers (3.5 cups a day) with non-drinkers found that the coffee drinkers were significantly less likely to contract Parkinson's disease later in life.[7]. Likewise, a second study found an inverse relationship between the amount of coffee regularly drunk and the likelihood of developing Parkinson's disease.
In recent decades, some 19,000 studies have been done examining coffee's impact on health. And for the most part, their results are as pleasing as a gulp of freshly brewed Breakfast Blend for the 108 million Americans who routinely enjoy this traditionally morning -- and increasingly daylong -- ritual. In practical terms, regular coffee drinkers include the majority of U.S. adults and a growing number of children.

Consider this: At least six studies indicate that people who drink coffee on a regular basis are up to 80% less likely to develop Parkinson's, with three showing the more they drink, the lower the risk. Other research shows that compared to not drinking coffee, at least two cups daily can translate to a 25% reduced risk of colon cancer, an 80% drop in liver cirrhosis risk, and nearly half the risk of gallstones.
There's some evidence that coffee may help manage asthma and even control attacks when medication is unavailable, stop a headache, boost mood, and even prevent cavities.
Is it the caffeine? The oodles of antioxidants in coffee beans, some of which become especially potent during the roasting process? Even other mysterious properties that warrant this intensive study?
Actually, yes.
current research reveals that in moderation—a few cups a day—coffee is a safe beverage that may even offer some health benefits.
For those who drink coffee to stay alert, new research suggests that you'll stay more alert, particularly if you are fighting sleep deprivation, if you spread your coffee consumption over the course of the day. For instance, if you usually drink 16 ounces in the morning, try consuming a 2-3 ounce serving every hour or so. Again, moderation is the key
Some of coffee's reported benefits are a direct result of its higher caffeine content: An eight ounce cup of drip-brewed coffee contains about 85 mg -- about three and a half times more than the same serving of tea or cola or one ounce of chocolate.
You will never have to worry that you may be drinking too much coffee. You will never have to worry about the harsh side effects of drinking regular coffee.

In this article, I point out a couple of things that are extremely important:

1. By drinking healthy coffee, you do not need to sacrifice the taste of a great cup of coffee. In fact, the taste of healthy coffee is delicious if you are using the right brand. Healthy coffee is a smooth, pleasant tasting coffee that is as good, if not better than any gourmet-brewed coffee you might currently drink.
This healthy coffee comes in four different varieties - Classic Black, 3-1 (Classic Black plus cream and sugar), Mocha, and Tongkat Ali.
In fact, Mocha is one of the best drinks I have ever tried. I feel that it is far superior to anything at Starbucks or any other exclusive coffee shop. And the cost per cup is far less than anything you buy there.
2. Drinking healthy coffee provides you the proper acid/alkaline balance (PH balance).
Few people understand this factor, but it is extremely important. We need to maintain a balanced body chemistry in order to live a long, healthy life. This is for anyone whether you drink coffee or not.

Doctors don't pay much attention to this factor because if they did, it would hurt the profitability of their practice.
The more we maintain the proper acid/alkalinity balance, the healthier we are, the fewer illnesses we get, and the longer we live. A healthy person, an adult or a child, should have a slightly alkaline blood PH balance
